Stark is located in The Great North Woods, Coos County, Northern New Hamsphire. Stark is a small town that borders both Jericho Mountain State Park and Nash Stream Forest Natural Area. Located along Route 110, the town of Stark NH is famous for the beautiful, historic covered bridge and also well known for the World War II POW camp named "Camp Stark".
The town of Stark NH, according to the United States Census Bureau, has a total area of 58.7 square miles. The town is bordered by the easter edge of the Pilot Range, White Mountains New Hamsphire.
Stark includes the villiages of percy and Crystal, and Stark. Located on the Upper Ammonoosuc River, the bordering towns include Groveton and Berlin.
