Call to Order
Bob Gale made a motion to call the meeting to order at 1800.
Persons present for all or part of the meeting
Bob Gale, Jim Walsh, Carlo Callee, Ray Perkins and Monique Hand
Absent Marc Brassard
Read and approve minutes from previous meeting
Minutes read aloud. Bob Gale made a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting. Carlo Callee seconded the motion, the motion passed unanimously.
New Business
Discussions regarding the pros and cons of a master plan.
Discussion regarding training and education for the Planning Board during meetings when the agenda is light.
Jim Walsh made a motion that a list of contact information for all Planning Board members be distributed to all members of the Planning Board. Second by Ray Perkins, motion passed unanimously.

Monique Hand made a motion to adjourn, second by Ray Perkins. Motion passed unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 1853.
