Marc Brassard called the meeting to order at 6 pm.

Read and approve minutes from previous meeting:
Motion by Marc Brassard to waive the reading of the minutes; 2nd by Jim Walsh. Motion Passed

- Planning Board signed the approval and the map for a minor subdivision of land owned by Barbara Maclean, map and lot 408-69, to be subdivided into lots 408-69 and 408-70.
